As a Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery at Ally Healthcare Staffing, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care to expectant mothers and their newborns. Your responsibilities will include monitoring maternal and fetal vital signs, assisting with labor and delivery procedures, and educating patients and their families on prenatal and postnatal care.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout labor stages.

- Administer medications and assist with pain management techniques.

- Assist obstetricians and midwives during labor, delivery, and postpartum care.

- Educate patients on prenatal care, breastfeeding, and newborn care.

- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and families.

**Job Requirements:**

- Valid RN license and BLS certification; ACLS preferred.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.

- Strong clinical skills in maternal and neonatal assessment and care.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
